Mailbox Manager is a utility for checking various POP3 mailboxes (for example, mailboxes which you access via email applications such as Eudora, Outlook Express or similar, or via a web browser) all in one go, before downloading any messages. It’s possible to see the partial or complete contents of each message so that, if you find any unwanted mail (such as SPAM messages or messages with possible viruses attached), Mailbox Manager gives you the option of deleting it straightaway. When closing Mailbox Manager, your email software can be automatically run to download the remaining messages (or your browser can automatically connect to a site which supports online email). In this way, no virus will be able to get into and threaten your computer. On the other hand, if you know of certain email addresses whose messages you NEVER want to be marked as SPAM/Virus, you can add them to the White List Database and Mailbox Manager will skip them when looking for SPAM messages.

Supports scheduled mail checking. Each account can be locked so that, even when several users share the same computer, the locked accounts will only work and their data can only be modified when the correct password is entered.
